Every one of our armed security guards employed by Persec completes a pre-employment shoot within the required categories of firearm use. This qualification shoot is based on the requirements of the Business Competency Qualification. Furthermore, the candidates are placed under specific time, situational and competitive pressure to test their reactions & skills.
Key personnel are then selected to attend an advanced Tactical Training Program.
The course material, physical training, shooting range exercises & strict selection processes ensures that all Qualified Tactical Guards have the requisite skills to perform effectively in adverse and challenging conditions.
